We are currently seeking a motivated and confident Sales Consultant to join our growing team and help convert customer enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers who have requested moving quotes.
- Follow up on online enquiries and quote requests.
- Explain our moving and relocation services and pricing options.
- Build rapport with customers and understand their relocation needs.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain accurate customer records and notes.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.




- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, call centres, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence speaking with customers over the phone.
- Strong ability to build relationships and close sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and experience using CRM systems.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and self-motivation.
- Must have:
- A reliable computer or laptop.
- Noise-cancelling headset.
- High-speed and stable internet connection.
- Quiet home office environment.
