Role Description The Service Engineer (3 to 7 years of Experience) - Hoist & Cranes is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal. This position is responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance on hoists, cranes, and related lifting equipment, ensuring protected and reliable operation. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, carrying out repairs and adjustments, and providing technical support to clients at their facilities.



The role involves conducting field service visits, preparing service reports, coordinating with the internal team for spare parts and upgrades, and advising customers on proper usage and safety practices. The Service Engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement by reporting recurring issues and suggesting technical enhancements.

Professional Experience
- Single/Double Girder EOT cranes, gantry cranes, jib cranes, and electric wire rope hoists.
- VFD parameter tuning, control panel wiring, radio remote controls (RRC), and DSL busbar systems. Gearbox overhauling, CT/LT wheel alignment, brake adjustments, and wire rope replacement. Annual structural audits, deflection testing, and certified Safe Working Load (SWL) testing.
- Expert diagnostics on Demag, Konecranes, Stahl, Street Crane, Mukand Cranes, Anupam Cranes, ElectroMech equipment Etc.
