Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant digital advertising platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and market research to maximize campaign performance.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with the Content, Design, SEO, Social Media, and Sales teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.




- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Support website performance initiatives by working with development teams on tracking implementation, conversion tracking, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.:

- Experience managing lead generation campaigns and customer acquisition strategies.
