We are looking for a computer hardware engineer / Laptop Service Engineer /computer field service engineer for our authorized laptop service center(safe and secure solutions) in Tumkur.
Responsibilities include both warranty and non-warranty service support.
The role involves hardware repair such as motherboard, display, keyboard, RAM, SSD, and battery issues.
Software support like OS installation, driver setup, and virus removal is required.
Handle walk-in customer complaints at the service center in a professional manner.
Ensure safe handling and secure transport of customer devices.
Maintain proper service records, job sheets, and repair documentation.
Follow brand guidelines and warranty service procedures strictly.
Positive communication and customer handling skills are required. (kannada,Basic english)
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
