Position: Marketing Executive - PSP Order Tracker SaaS

Purpose of the Role

To promote, market, demonstrate, and sell the PSP Order Tracker SaaS platform to Government organizations, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), private industries, multinational corporations (MNCs), educational institutions, hospitals, infrastructure companies, manufacturing units, and other commercial organizations. The executive shall be responsible for generating business opportunities, customer acquisition, revenue generation, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Development
- Identify potential customers across India.
- Develop industry-wise target customer databases.
- Segment customers into PSUs, Government Departments, Private Industries, MSMEs, MNCs, Educational Institutions, Healthcare, Construction, EPC Companies, Utilities, Manufacturing, Defence, Railways, etc.
- Study customer procurement and order management processes.
- Identify decision-makers and influencers.

2. Lead Generation
- Schedule product demonstrations.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects.




- Track lead conversion.

3. Product Demonstration
- Conduct online and physical product demonstrations.
- Explain features and perks.
- Demonstrate workflow automation and dashboards.
- Address customer queries.
- Coordinate technical presentations when required.

4. Sales Activities
- Prepare proposals and quotations.
- Follow up on enquiries.
- Negotiate commercial terms.
- Close subscriptions and renewals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

5. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain relationships with customers.
- Coordinate onboarding.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Promote upgrades and renewals.
- Gather customer feedback.

6. Marketing Activities
- Execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Organize webinars and product awareness sessions.
