Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize bookings and revenue.
- Handle high-value customer interactions and convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Ensure timely follow-up with all enquiries generated through digital marketing, walk-ins, channel partners, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and property consultants.
- Conduct site visits, property presentations, and negotiations with prospective buyers.
- Monitor team performance, maintain sales reports, and submit regular MIS to management.
- Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of professionalism.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,



Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of residential real estate sales processes and customer handling.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
