Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings for residential and commercial interior projects.
- Develop 3D walkthrough animations and presentation visuals.
- Interpret 2D drawings, layouts, and design concepts into accurate 3D models.
- Collaborate with interior designers and project teams to refine design concepts.
- Revise renderings based on client and design team feedback.
- Maintain project deadlines while ensuring high-quality output.Prepare accurate 2D drafting and detailed working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and furniture layouts based on design requirements.
- Produce interior detailing drawings for execution, including ceiling, flooring, wall elevations, and joinery details.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer (Freshers with a solid portfolio may also apply).
- Proficiency in 3ds Max,



V-Ray/Corona Renderer, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, or Enscape is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of lighting, materials, composition, and rendering techniques.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Experience in residential and commercial interior projects.
- Basic knowledge of interior design principles.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to create realistic walkthrough animations.
