Location: N3 N-Block, Dr. Mukherjee Nagar, New Delhi, 110009.

What We're Looking For: 6 months or 1 year of experience with strong Communication skills, across Educational domains.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Explain course features, career opportunities, and enrollment procedures.
- Handle inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions.
- Build solid relationships with prospective learners.
- Achieve monthly enrollment targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate from any stream.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable making and receiving sales calls.
- Prior experience in telesales, counseling, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.

Performance Expectations

The minimum expected target is 3 successful student enrollments per month. Additional incentives will be provided based on performance and conversions beyond the target.
