Assistant Manager - Export Documentation

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end export documentation for international shipments.
- Prepare and verify Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills, Bills of Lading/Air Waybills, Certificates of Origin, Insurance Documents, and Letter of Credit (LC) documentation.
- Coordinate with international customers, overseas distributors, freight forwarders, CHAs, shipping lines, banks, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, RBI/FEMA regulations, Incoterms, and international trade policies.
- Track shipments, resolve documentation discrepancies, and ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with banks for export documentation, negotiation, and realization of export proceeds.
- Maintain export records and support audits and statutory compliance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Production, Planning, Finance, and Logistics teams for seamless execution of export orders.

Requirements:




- 10+ years of experience in Export Documentation within the Chemical, Specialty Chemicals, or chemical Exports industry.
- Robust knowledge of export documentation, customs procedures, Incoterms, Letter of Credit (LC), and international trade regulations.
- Experience coordinating with international customers, overseas distributors, freight forwarders, and shipping agencies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle or equivalent) is preferred.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
