Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Interior Supervisor to oversee and manage interior fit-out and execution work at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality workmanship, timely completion, coordination with contractors and vendors, and smooth day-to-day site operations.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily interior and fit-out work at the project site.
Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor manpower, material availability, and daily work progress.
Identify and resolve in office execution issues.
Maintain daily progress reports and update the project/team management.
Check measurements and quality of completed work.
Coordinate with project managers, designers, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders.




Ensure proper handling and utilization of materials to minimize wastage.
Monitor site cleanliness, safety, and discipline.
Follow up with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Assist in site measurements, material verification, and final handover.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
Experience in interior fit-out, construction, or turnkey projects.
Positive knowledge of carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.
Ability to read and understand interior drawings and layouts.
Solid coordination and manpower management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Ability to handle multiple activities and work under deadlines.

Experience

49 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out, construction, or turnkey projects.

Salary

As per experience and interview performance.
