Role & responsibilities
Responsible to maintain cGMP and EHS compliance in engineering.
Troubleshoot equipment failures rapidly to maximize plant uptime.
Oversee HVAC, Boiler, Chilling plants, Purified Water (PW) systems, and Air Compressors.
Maintain exact logbooks, equipment history cards, IQ/OQ/PQ validation papers, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Coordinate with external service providers for calibrations and complex technical repairs.
Responsible for modification recent installation at site in case of current project.
Implement strict Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols and work-permit systems on the shop floor.
