Spare & material management, indent preparation and purchase follow-up.
Preventive, routine and shutdown instrumentation maintenance.
Breakdown troubleshooting to minimize production downtime.
Coordination with Engineering and Production teams.
Vendor and contractor coordination for instrumentation jobs.
Coordination with Purchase & Accounts for materials and work orders.
CAPEX instrumentation item planning and indenting.
Execution of instrumentation project activities.
Guiding and supervising subordinates for timely job completion.
Shift management for the Instrumentation Department.
Maintaining PLC/SCADA backups of plant systems.
