Role & responsibilities
Provide technical direction and leadership to the development team.
Own solution design, architecture decisions, and coding standards.
Review code, ensure best practices, and enforce quality standards.
Mentor team members and support skill development.
Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Identify technical risks and drive mitigation strategies.
Ensure timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.

Hands-on Development
Actively contribute to development using Angular (front-end) and .NET (back-end).
Design and develop scalable, high-quality, and performant applications.
Participate in debugging, performance tuning, and production support as needed.
Support integration with databases, APIs, and third-party systems.

Preferred candidate profile




Robust hands-on experience with Angular (latest versions preferred).
Robust expertise in .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET Web API.
Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and integration patterns.
Proficiency in SQL Server or other relational databases.
Solid understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.
Experience with code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Proven experience leading technical teams or acting as a Tech Lead.

Nice to Have
Experience with Azure / AWS cloud platforms.
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
Exposure to performance optimization and security best practices.
