Experience: 4 to 9 Years (FMCG Retail/QSR)

CTC: 4.25 to 6.5 Lakhs

Role Summary

Responsible for overall store operations in a hard-discounter FMCG retail format, ensuring cost control, robust inventory discipline, and a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations as per SOPs.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and statutory compliance (FSSAI, audits).
Drive sales, control shrinkage & wastage, and manage manpower cost %.
Ensure stock availability, GRN accuracy, FIFO/FEFO, and cycle counts.
Lead and manage the store team effectively.
Resolve customer issues and ensure quick checkout experience.
Maintain MIS reports: sales, wastage, shrink, manpower, audits.

Requirements
Graduate with 4 to 9 years experience in FMCG retail/QSR.
Robust understanding of inventory, cost control & store discipline.
Good communication and team-handling skills.
Experience in hard discounter formats preferred.

Work Schedule
6-day work week with rotational weekly off.
Adaptable to work weekends and peak hours.
