Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and approach companies for manpower recruitment tie-ups and business opportunities.
Connect with HR teams, business owners, and decision-makers to understand their manpower requirements.
Present the company's manpower recruitment services, recruitment process, and commercial terms to prospective clients.
Prepare and deliver qualified presentations to clients and explain the benefits of partnering with the company.
Negotiate and finalize manpower recruitment agreements with companies.
Convert potential leads into confirmed clients and achieve assigned business development targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients to build long-term business relationships.
Understand client requirements such as job profile, qualification, experience, salary, location, and number of vacancies.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure suitable candidates are sourced according to client requirements.
Maintain proper records of leads, client discussions, agreements, and recruitment requirements.




Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing clients for repeat manpower requirements.
Generate recent business through calling, networking, references, field visits, and other business development activities.
Work closely with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth execution after client onboarding.
Provide regular updates to management regarding lead generation, client meetings, conversions, and recruitment status.
