Role & responsibilities
Conceptualize and design creative graphics for digital and print media.
Create social media creatives, advertisements, branding materials, brochures, presentations, banners and marketing collateral.
Develop visually engaging designs that align with client requirements and brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the marketing, content, video production, and client servicing teams to execute creative campaigns.
Revise designs based on internal and client feedback while maintaining quality and project timelines.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain organized project files and editable source files in accordance with Company standards.
Stay updated with current design trends, creative tools, and industry best practices.

Preferred candidate profile
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,



InDesign) or equivalent design software.
Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, layout design, and visual communication.
Creative thinking with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
Solid communication and teamwork skills.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics, UI/UX design, or video editing will be an added advantage.
Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred.

Compensation & Advantages
Monthly CTC: 16,000
The Monthly CTC of 16,000 is structured in accordance with the Companys compensation policy and includes the applicable salary components as determined by the Company.
