Active Workday certification (Learning/HCM) - Mandatory
Required Skills:
5+ years of relevant Workday experience, with solid hands-on expertise in Workday Learning.
Active Workday Pro Learning Certification
Robust understanding of Workday Learning configuration, administration and business processes.
Experience with Learning content, courses, programs, campaigns, assignments, enrollment, completion and learner experience.
Knowledge of Workday security, calculated fields, custom/advanced reporting and business process configuration.
Experience troubleshooting complex functional issues and performing root-cause analysis.
Understanding of Learning-related integrations and dependencies with other Workday modules and third-party learning/content providers.
Experience working in a Managed Services / Operate environment and managing multiple client priorities.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, client-facing and communication skills.
Ability to independently own deliverables, collaborate across teams and mentor junior colleagues.
Good to have: Experience across Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Recruiting and/or other Workday HCM modules, additional Workday certifications, learning content integrations and broader Workday security/reporting expertise.
