Software Sales Specialist, who will play a crucial role in driving sales of our Lending software solutions designed for banks and other financial institutions. We are looking for a motivated individual with extensive experience in software sales, particularly in the lending domain, to contribute to our growing success.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Offer lending solutions to CXOs and executives by understanding their requirements and presenting tailored product propositions.
Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a quality software sales pipeline to secure profitable deals, fostering trust-based relationships that create mutual value.
Business Development: Identify and explore new business prospects through networking and other platforms.
Project Coordination: Collaborate effectively with various delivery teams to ensure adherence to committed timelines.
Market Analysis: Monitor competitive landscape by gathering information on pricing, products, and delivery schedules.
Pre-Sales Activities:



Skillfully engage in pre-sales activities to present our lending offerings to prospective clients.

Required Key Skills & Competencies:
Educational Background: MBA from a reputed institute is preferable.
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in tech sales within banks and financial institutions (domestic or international).
Travel: Willingness to travel for sales pitches.
Communication: Excellent communication, sales, and presentation skills.
Customer Service: Robust relationship-building and customer service skills.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in an agile team workplace.
Technical Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Industry Expertise: Experience in the lending or financial services industry is preferred.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
