Role & responsibilities
Manage and enhance the Aspire Banking customer portfolio.
Acquire current customers and upgrade eligible customers to Aspire Banking.
Drive CASA, deposits, fee income and other banking product targets.
Cross-sell banking products including investments, insurance, loans and mutual funds.
Ensure excellent customer service, complaint resolution and TAT adherence.
Maintain KYC, AML, compliance and audit standards while achieving business targets.
