Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Finance Consultant with solid expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials to manage end-to-end implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on configuration experience, be customer-facing, and possess in-depth knowledge of financial processes across multiple modules. This role requires managing the full lifecycle of Fusion implementation projects, from requirements gathering to post go-live support, while ensuring integration with third-party systems where applicable.

Skill / Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Finance / Accounting / Commerce / Business Administration
10+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion configuration experience
Robust / Expert-Level Experience: Oracle Fusion Fixed Assets (FA), Tax Configuration, iExpenses
Positive Implementation Experience: Multi-Org Structure, General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR)
Additional Functional Exposure: Cash Management, Intercompany Accounting, Project Contracts, Project Costing
Technical & Cross-Functional Exposure: Integration with 3rd party systems,



OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), Data Load / Data Migration, Workflow, Security
Direct customer interaction and requirement gathering experience
Proven experience in end-to-end implementation, from As-Is analysis to post Go-Live support

Job Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementation projects
Conduct requirement gathering and workshops with clients to understand business processes
Configure and customize Fusion modules including FA, Tax, iExpenses, GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Intercompany, Project Contracts, and Project Costing
Ensure successful integration with third-party systems as required
Prepare and execute data migration strategies and OTBI reports
Support workflow setup and security configuration
Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth business operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions in line with client requirements
