RoleWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Real Estate Telecaller to connect with prospective customers, understand their property requirements, qualify leads, and generate site visits.
Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective real estate customers.
Understand customer needs, budget, location, and purchase timeline.
Explain relevant projects and answer basic queries.
Qualify leads and schedule site visits.
Conduct timely follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
Handle basic objections and maintain customer engagement.
Update lead information and call outcomes in the CRM.
Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and site visits.
RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
Hindi & English proficiency; local language is an advantage.
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
Comfortable working with sales targets and follow-ups.
Real estate/telecalling/inside-sales experience preferred.
Freshers with solid communication skills can also apply.
