Key Responsibilities
Greet and serve guests professionally.
Take accurate food & beverage orders.
Serve food and drinks promptly.
Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas.
Handle guest requests and complaints politely.
Coordinate with kitchen and counter staff.
Maintain proper grooming and hygiene.
Follow café SOPs and food-safety standards.
Promote menu items, combos and add-ons.
Assist with opening, closing and other café duties as required.
