Job ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain positive relationships with beneficiaries, community members, donors, volunteers, and other stakeholders.
Handle day-to-day branch/centre coordination and support activities.
Communicate with visitors and beneficiaries and resolve their queries professionally.
Conduct follow-up calls and maintain regular communication with stakeholders.
Support outreach activities, awareness programs, events, and community initiatives.
Maintain branch records, forms, reports, and other documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of programs and activities.




Assist in identifying new community contacts and prospects for collaboration.
Prepare daily/weekly activity reports and update management.
Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Represent the organization professionally while interacting with the community and external stakeholders.
Support the Foundation’s mission of creating better educational and developmental opportunities for children.
EligibilityQualification: HS Pass / Graduate
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Age: 18–30 years preferred.
Communication: Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and internet.
Languages: Bengali/Hindi/English preferred, depending on location.
