Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
Manage hiring requirements for international/GCC clients.
Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Achieve quarterly/yearly revenue and hiring targets.
Maintain robust relationships with clients and candidates.
Track recruitment performance and meet agreed KPIs.

Requirements
Experience in GCC / international recruitment.
Strong knowledge of both IT & Non-IT hiring.
Positive sourcing, communication, and client-handling skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable with revenue-based recruitment.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.





Preferred candidate profile -
2+ years of experience in GCC / International Recruitment.
Solid experience in both IT & Non-IT recruitment.
Hands-on experience with international clients and end-to-end hiring.
Proven track record of achieving recruitment/revenue targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Target-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in a 5-day work workplace.
Candidates with experience in recruitment agencies/staffing firms will be preferred.
