The selected candidate will be responsible for developing technical documentation for Enterprise products and creating content for user manuals, quick-start guides, installation guides, and training materials for both internal and external users.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and write technical content including product descriptions, installation procedures, operating instructions, maintenance, and troubleshooting information.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather technical information and requirements.
Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously in a dynamic setting.
Coordinate and control documentation and training material development projects and deliverables.
Contribute to best-in-class knowledge transfer and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Required Skills (Must Have)
Excellent technical writing skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into transparent, user-friendly documentation and illustrations.
Robust stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience collaborating with Engineering, Marketing, SMEs, and cross-functional teams.
Experience working with JIRA and Confluence.
