Role & responsibilities
Assisting and coordinating administrative activities in TGINE Administration department while ensuring smooth clerical and operational support.
Clerical / Secretarial assistance for all matters, recording, filling, photocopying, external lecture's faculty remuneration & drafting the documents in relation to students & faculty.
Checking & reporting of all related website & updates.
Coordinate scheduling for meetings, classes and examination, ensuring timely communication. Review outgoing material for completeness, dates and signature.
Coordinating & follow up with EDP, maintenance, housekeeping in coordination with the building administration.
Assist with student admission processes
Assist in MUHS exam form filling process & verification - Secretarial assistance for UG & PG
Assist in the preparation and distribution of academic material, memos, reports and presentation. Support faculty and staff with administrative tasks.




Maintain inventory of office & clinical supplies & ensure the administrative office is well - organized.
Communicating with students, parents & faculty, handling day to day administrative tasks assigned by higher authorities.
Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with other employees at the Nursing college and at the hospital to facilitate carrying out instructions involving other departments, transmitting information accurately and tactfully.

Preferred candidate profile
Proficiency in MS excel / Advanced excel and MS word.
Typing skills and proficiency in computer operations.
Should have experience working with education institutions
Only females employees preferred.
