Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the plant, ensuring smooth functioning of all equipment such as ACBs, DG sets, ETPs, STPs, transformers, motors, VCBs, AHUs, chillers, compressors, WTPs.
Troubleshoot issues related to vapor absorption machines (VAM) and cooling tower fans.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean working setting.
Coordinate with team members to resolve technical issues and optimize production efficiency.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems before they become major issues .
Shift handling experience is mandatory .
