Role & responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily / weekly / monthly Supply Chain MIS
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for real-time / periodic monitoring of Supply Chain KPIs.
Prepare Advanced Excel-based MIS, analytical reports and management dashboards using Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas, lookups, data validation and other advanced functionalities.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations for Supply Chain, S&OP;, Operations and Management Review meetings.
Develop automated MIS and reporting tools to reduce manual data compilation and improve reporting accuracy.
Coordinate with Planning, Purchase, Production, Warehouse, Sales, Commercial and Finance teams for timely collection and validation of data.
Establish standard formats, data structures and reporting mechanisms across plants / locations.




Develop analytical models for forecasting, inventory optimisation, lead-time analysis, service levels and supply performance.
Identify opportunities for process automation and digitalisation in Supply Chain MIS.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency and timely circulation of all MIS reports.

Preferred candidate profile
Solid hands-on experience in Power BI
Advanced MS Excel
Robust PowerPoint presentation skills
Supply Chain MIS and analytics experience
Data analysis and dashboard development
Positive understanding of Supply Chain Planning / Procurement / Inventory / Production
SAP / ERP experience, preferably SAP MM / PP
