Develop process deliverables for Oil Gas and Chemical projects including PFDs, PIDs, heat mass balance, line sizing, equipment datasheets, and participation in HAZOP studies. Key Requirements
Preparation of PFDs, PIDs, and process datasheets as per project specifications
Hydraulic calculations, line sizing, and equipment sizing (pumps, vessels, exchangers, separators)
Hands-on experience with simulation tools such as HYSYS, UniSim, or PRO/II
Exposure to upstream Oil Gas surface facilities (EPF, QPF, GGS, CTF) preferred
Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (API, ASME, OISD, NFPA)
Minimum Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from a recognized institution.
