Role & responsibilities :
To ensure aggressive reduction in overall inventory across all sites.
Monitor and review excess inventory at sites for transfer at other sites. Identify stock not usable and take action for disposal
Re-order levels to be introduced for all materials for replenishment cycle of 45 days.
Ensure timely disposal of scrap at site to manage space and accounting stock.
Ensure smooth functioning of stores department by resolving pending cases with concerned departments.
Ensure development of team members by assessing and reviewing training needs of stores team and arrange training required to support and achieve departmental goals.
