Job Description:

We are hiring for an International Voice Process Collections role at Airoli, Navi Mumbai. Candidates with robust communication skills in English and Punjabi are preferred.

Key Details:
Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai – Work from Office
Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM | Fixed Night Shift
Week Off: Saturday & Sunday Fixed
Joining: Immediate Joiners Only

Salary:
Experienced: 20,000 – 23,000 In-hand
Freshers: 18,000 In-hand
PBI: 2,750
Collection Incentives: Up to 12,000

Eligibility:
Experienced: Minimum 6 months of International Voice experience in Collections or Customer Service
Freshers: Graduate/HSC with positive English & Punjabi communication skills
Punjabi language proficiency is mandatory/preferred

Transport: 3,500 transport allowance or 1,750 one-way cab facility.
