Would be responsible for achieving Revenue, Incremental SIP & Net Equalized Assets (LS) targets for the branch with help of respective Relationship Manager.
Responsible for recruitment and attrition control. Should ensure training of team members in building Asset gathering skills and take initiatives to build employees capability.
