Roles and Responsibilities
Source electronic components from global suppliers through strategic sourcing, commercial negotiations, and supplier management.
Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products at competitive prices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs, develop specifications, and manage inventory levels.
Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, current technologies, and potential suppliers.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards throughout the procurement process.
We are looking for candidates with a robust combination of technical electronics knowledge and commercial procurement experience. Candidates currently working in EMS, medical devices, electronics manufacturing, automotive electronics, industrial electronics or similar manufacturing settings will be preferred.
The ideal candidate should have independently handled electronic component sourcing, supplier negotiations, alternate-source development, cost reduction and shortage management.
