Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical); PG in Materials Management/SCM preferred.
Experience: 25+ years in Procurement & Materials Management, preferably in Chemical, Petrochemical, Chlor-Alkali, Fertilizer, Refinery or Process industries.
Age: Maximum 55 years.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic procurement, sourcing and cost optimization.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiations and contracts.
Ensure timely availability of raw materials, chemicals and engineering items.
Drive inventory, supply chain and working capital optimization.
Lead procurement digitalization, SAP/SRM, MIS and process improvements.
Develop and mentor the Materials & Procurement team.
