Role & responsibilities
Back-End Development
Build and maintain robust server-side logic and APIs with Node.js.
Manage server infrastructure, optimize performance, and ensure scalability.
API Development & Integration
Design and implement RESTful and Graph QL APIs for seamless integration between front-end, back-end, and external services.
Database Management
Design, implement, and optimize relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Testing & Debugging
Conduct thorough testing (unit, integration, system) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and production challenges.
Software Lifecycle Management
Contribute throughout the SDLC phases: requirements gathering, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers.
Participate actively in agile practices like sprint planning, code reviews, and stand-ups.
Version Control & Deployment
Use Git or similar tools for version control.




Deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or on-premise environments.
Conduct thorough testing (unit, integration, system) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and production challenges.

Preferred candidate profile
Must-have:
Robust proficiency in Node.js (backend) and React (frontend).
Experience with other front-end frameworks such as Angular or Vue is a plus.
Proven experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Solid understanding of RESTful API and/or GraphQL API design and development.
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and DevOps tools is a plus.
3+years of proven professional experience in full-stack development.
Additional Skills:
Familiarity with up-to-date front-end build tools and workflows.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Robust problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
