Company: Solace Enterprise Pvt. Ltd.
Position: Project Field Engineer (Full time, 9:30 AM 6:00 PM)
Location: Pune (Includes project travel across Maharashtra & India)
Experience Required: 24 years hands-on experience
Education: ITI, Diploma, or BE in Electronics, Electrical, Hardware, or Networking

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and troubleshoot IP CCTV systems, Access Control, Biometrics, and Fire Alarms.
Set up IT networking infrastructure, including routers, switches, LAN cabling, VLANs, and IP addressing.
Configure and maintain IPBX/EPABX telecom systems, IP phones.
Work with technical drawings, layouts, and BOQs to handle site testing, commissioning, and client handovers.

Required skills:
Solid knowledge of IP cameras,



NVRs, PoE switches, and TCP/IP networking.
Hands-on experience with brands like Hikvision, CP Plus, Matrix, Honeywell.
Ability to work independently at site locations and travel as per project requirements.
Functional communication in Marathi, Hindi, and English (valid driving license is a plus).
