Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize 3-axis and 5-axis milling CAM programs.
Create machining strategies to improve productivity and reduce cycle time.
Manage and maintain tool libraries.
Configure and troubleshoot post processors.
Select suitable cutting tools and machining parameters.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and 3D CAD models.
Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth manufacturing.
Support machining trials, process improvements, and production activities.
Required Skills
Solid experience in 3-axis and 5-axis Milling CAM Programming.
Knowledge of Tool Library Management.
Experience with Post Processors.
Valuable understanding of Cutting Tools and machining processes.
Hands-on experience with one or more of the following CAM software:
SolidCAM (Preferred)
MasterCAM
DelCAM
NX CAM (or equivalent)
Working knowledge of SolidWorks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams.
