Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve design issues using scan, ATPG, MBIST, and DFT fundamentals.
Develop and implement verification settings for complex digital circuits.
Analyze and debug test results to ensure high-quality products.
Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on testability and coverage.
Work closely with the design team to integrate DFT techniques into the design process.
