Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Reporting
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor cost accounting for manufacturing operations.
Ensure proper inventory accounting for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
Maintain compliance with Indian Accounting Standards and company policies.
Banking Operations
Handle banking transactions, working capital limits, and cash flow management.
Coordinate with banks for:
Bank Guarantees (BG) issuance and closure
Letter of Credit (LC) documentation
LC negotiation and tracking
Performance Guarantees
Maintain BG and LC registers and monitor expiry dates.
Taxation & Statutory Compliance
Manage GST compliance including return filing and reconciliation.
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and return filings.
Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
Sales Invoicing & Receivables
Supervise customer billing and sales invoicing.
Ensure accurate GST billing and documentation.
Monitor accounts receivable and payment follow-ups.
Reconcile customer accounts and outstanding balances.
Budgeting & Financial Planning




Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor budget vs actual performance.
Provide financial analysis and cost control measures.
Audit & Compliance
Coordinate internal and statutory audits.
Ensure proper documentation and financial controls.
Maintain records for statutory inspections and compliance.
Team Management
Supervise the accounts team and ensure proper workflow.
Train team members on accounting systems and compliance procedures.

Required Qualifications
MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com with relevant experience
Robust knowledge of manufacturing accounting practices.

Required Experience
510 years experience in finance and accounts, preferably in switchgear, electrical equipment, or manufacturing industry.
Hands-on experience with:
Bank Guarantees
Letter of Credit (LC) documentation
GST and taxation
Sales invoicing
Working capital management
Manufacturing cost accounting

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Experience with ERP/accounting software (Tally, SAP, or similar)
Excellent banking documentation knowledge
Good analytical and financial planning skills
Solid communication and leadership skills
