We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design, implement, and govern enterprise-wide ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will drive platform architecture, integrations, best practices, and digital transformation initiatives while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Define ServiceNow architecture, roadmap, and governance standards.
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance platform solutions.
Lead solution design discussions and provide technical guidance.
Architect integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
Ensure platform compliance, performance optimization, and security.
Support upgrades, deployments, and platform enhancements.
Mentor developers and administrators.

Required Skills
Solid experience in ServiceNow Architecture and Solution Design.
Hands-on expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Discovery,



Service Catalog, Event Management, and Integration Hub.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with CSM, HRSD, SPM, SecOps, or GRC modules.
Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience in enterprise architecture and digital transformation programs.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow Architecture.
