Candidate must be based out of Trichy, Karur Or Pudukottai.

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for achieving sales targets across Tiruchirappalli and surrounding districts.
Manage and develop business through channel partners, distributors, dealers, panel builders and system integrators.
Drive demand generation for Schneider Electric products and solutions in residencial, commercial, and utility segments.
Identify, track, and convert project prospects through consultants, contractors, end users, and government organizations.
Build robust relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to enhance market share.
Support channel partners with business planning, lead generation, and order closure.
Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, supply chain, service, and technical support to ensure seamless project execution.





Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Any Equivalent
MBA in Sales/Marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
1 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales within Electrical, Automation, Energy Management, Industrial Automation, Power Distribution, or related industries.
Proven experience in territory management and channel sales.
Solid network with industries in Trichy, Karur, Thanjavur, Pudukkottai and surrounding districts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
