Role & responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery and electrical systems.
Troubleshoot and maintain CNC, VMC, moulding machines and press machines.
Maintain and troubleshoot EOT cranes, including motors, brakes, contactors, limit switches, VFDs and control panels.
Handle electrical maintenance of plant utilities such as compressors, pumps, welding machines and motors.
Troubleshoot PLC, VFD, sensors, control circuits, motors, starters and electrical panels.
Read and understand electrical drawings and use instruments such as multimeter, clamp meter and Megger.
Maintain PM schedules, breakdown records and ensure minimum machine downtime.
Follow LOTO, electrical safety and 5S practices.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates with experience in Foundry / Machine Shop / Heavy Engineering / Automotive Manufacturing preferred.
Solid hands-on experience in CNC/VMC, moulding machines, press machines and EOT cranes will be an advantage.
Valuable electrical troubleshooting and breakdown-handling skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
