Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and target driven Inside Sales Representative to generate and qualify business prospects for our engineering software solutions. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, customer engagement, and pipeline development to support the regional sales team in achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and database research.
Identify and connect with decisionmakers in Engineering, R&D;, and IT departments.
Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for field sales representatives.
Understand customer requirements and position suitable simulation, CAD, and ALM solutions.
Maintain accurate CRM updates, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking.
Support marketing initiatives such as webinars, seminars, and campaigns.
Achieve monthly lead generation and pipeline contribution targets.

Desired Candidate Profile
0–2 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales / Software Sales / IT Sales.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with outbound calling and consultative selling.
Target-oriented and disciplined in follow-ups.
