Corporate Legal Agreements
Drafting, reviewing, and vetting various corporate legal agreements, including:
Vendor Onboarding Agreements, Software License Agreements, Merchant Pay Agreements, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), SaaS Agreements
Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), Co-lending Agreements, Deeds of Hypothecation, Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs),
Drafting and vetting contracts, agreements, legal notices, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and organizational requirements.
Sending replies to legal notices and coordinating with relevant stakeholders for appropriate legal responses.
Qualification & Experience:
LL.B./LL.M.
6+ years of experience in Corporate Legal , preferably in an NBFC, Bank, Financial Services, FinTech, or corporate setting.
Solid experience in drafting, vetting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing corporate and commercial agreements.
