Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of security and ELV projects across multiple sites.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.




- Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, project managers, site teams, and subcontractors.
- Track procurement, material deliveries, and installation activities at project sites.
- Prepare project status reports, MOMs, progress trackers, and documentation.
- Coordinate site surveys, installation activities, testing, and commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and client requirements.
- Manage project documentation including BOQs, drawings, work completion reports, and handover documents.
- Support project managers in resource planning and project execution activities.
- Follow up with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve project-related issues.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in Project Coordination / Project Execution of ELV and Security Systems projects.
- Solid understanding of:
- IBMS (Integrated Building Management System)
- CCTV Surveillan
