- Industry-Focused Hiring: Source and place top-tier professionals in manufacturing, cleanroom operations, data centre management, and life sciences roles.
- Strategic Sourcing: Use creative sourcing techniques across job boards, social platforms, and industry networks.-
- Client Collaboration:



Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver quality hires.
- Event Participation: Represent NES Fircroft at industry-specific job fairs and networking events.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure recruitment processes align with company standards and industry regulations.
- KPI Achievement: Meet and exceed recruitment targets and timelines.- What We’re Looking For
- Industry Experience: Proven recruitment experience in manufacturing, data centres, semiconductors, or BioPharma.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using ATS systems (Bullhorn preferred) and sourcing tools.

Organized & Agile: Able to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
