The role

We're hiring podcast video editors for our first in-house team. The role is built around trailer and hook editing, but it's full-spectrum: trailers, full episode edits, multi-cam editing, and short-form clips, with rotation across multiple client accounts. This is a founding-team position with a clear growth path (Editor → Senior Editor → Head of Production / Producer).

Responsibilities
- Cut high-retention trailers and hooks from raw footage — finding the hook, structuring the arc,



layering music, sound design, and transitions
- Complete full episode edits from multi-cam footage — syncing and cutting between camera angles, pacing, audio cleanup and leveling, captions, intro/outro, graphics and lower thirds, export to spec
- Extract and edit short-form clips for social, optimized for retention and platform format
- Follow client-specific style guides on top of our internal quality bar
- Hit internal deadlines independently once ramped

Requirements:
- Strong trailer/hook editing expertise with a portfolio reel
- Solid full-episode and multi-cam editing fundamentals (pacing, audio, captions, clean cuts)
- Premiere Pro and After Effects (basic/intermediate AE; Photoshop a plus)
- Proficiency with AI editing tools
- Genuine curiosity about tech
- Reliable, communicative, deadline-driven

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
