About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally Prime.
- Record purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and cash/bank books.
- Generate and verify purchase bills, sales invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Handle GST-related activities, including invoice verification, reconciliation, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and Input Tax Credit (ITC).
- Deduct TDS, prepare TDS workings, and ensure timely statutory compliance.
- Generate E-Way Bills and E-Invoices as per applicable regulations.
- Process monthly payroll and prepare employee salary statements.




- Maintain attendance-related salary records in coordination with the HR department.
- Manage vendor payments and customer receivables.
- Verify and record employee reimbursement claims and office expenses.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and reconcile customer and vendor accounts.
- Maintain proper records of bills, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Positive understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles.
- Experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
