Job Title: Compliance Officer - Social & Environmental Compliance
Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Officer with expertise in Social and Environmental Compliance to manage buyer audits, maintain compliance documentation, and ensure adherence to legal and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate social, environmental, and quality compliance programs.
- Prepare and handle buyer and certification audits, including SLCP, Higg FEM/FSLM, and CTPAT.
- Maintain audit documentation and ensure timely closure of audit observations (CAPA).
- Coordinate with certification bodies, auditors, buyers, and regulatory authorities.
- Conduct internal compliance audits and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, environmental regulations, and buyer Codes of Conduct.




- Organize employee awareness and compliance training programs.
- Prepare compliance reports and maintain all statutory and audit records.
Experience
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in social and environmental compliance in the manufacturing/export industry.
- Strong knowledge of SLCP, Higg FEM/FSLM, CTPAT, labour laws, and environmental compliance.
- Good communication, documentation, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
