NAVISAILOR LEARNING CENTRE OPC PVT LTD is expanding its faculty team in Chennai. We are looking for experienced Master Mariners and Chief Engineers to join us on a hybrid/part-time contract basis.
Role Overview
- Position: Maritime Lecturer / Subject Matter Expert
- Location: Chennai (Hybrid - Institute & Remote)
- Type: Contract / Part-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging online and in-person training sessions/workshops.
- Develop & Review specialized course materials, case studies, and assessments.
- Mentor learners and provide technical feedback on operational compliance.
Solid sea-going experience + prior teaching/training experience.
- Core Expertise: Deep knowledge of ISM, ISPS, MLC, CSO responsibilities, SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, and Navigational Audits.
- Skills: Excellent communication, proficiency with digital/online teaching tools, and the ability to work independently.
